Our Pastor
Pastor Jeff Bramblett was born and raised in Dalton, GA. Jeff has spent the past 30 years in ministry in the North Georgia area. He served many years in youth ministry and has now been pastoring Calvary since March 2012. He enjoys teaching people God's Word and serving in any way he can. He enjoys spending time with family, exercising, reading, and eating homemade ice cream! He and his wife, Heather, have three children.
Our History
Calvary began as a community mission in the old Union Point School House located on Chatsworth Road. The 25 member congregation grew, and in June 1946, the church officially joined the North Georgia Baptist Association. For several years, the congregation met in what is now the basement of the church, until the auditorium was constructed over it and completed in October 1952. The educational hall and fellowship hall were added in 1971. The church has completed remodeling the sanctuary, foyer, and nursery in the Spring 2019.

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:
While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Our Mission
To fulfill the Great Commission Jesus gave His first followers: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
Matthew 28:19, 20
